You can evaluate Pagkugi for as long as you like before buying, so a refund is here for a mistake in the order, not for a change of mind.
When we refund
Pagkugi can be downloaded, evaluated, and used without restriction before you buy, so you never have to purchase to find out whether it suits you.
We refund a genuine mistake in the order: a duplicate order, the wrong license type, or the wrong quantity. We do not refund a change of mind after a considered purchase. To request a refund, write to support@pagkugi.com with the order reference from your receipt.
If you bought the wrong license but still want Pagkugi, tell us what you meant to buy. We will refund the incorrect order so you can place the right one.
Refunds go back to the original payment method when the provider can do so. The provider handles the refund and its own time limits apply.
What a refund costs
A refund is subject to a 10% fee on the license price to cover payment processing expenses. The remaining 90% is returned to you.
The fee is not a penalty; it covers costs we have already paid.
Your rights
This policy explains how we handle accidental purchases. It does not limit any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
