Contact support
Support is handled by email. Write to support@pagkugi.com and include the version of Pagkugi you are running, the operating system, and a short description of what happened.
Please do not send personal mail, private keys, or passwords. A small reproduction with synthetic data is enough to investigate most problems.
Before you write
Check that you are running the latest release, and that the problem is repeatable. The download page and the licensing page answer the questions that come up most often about evaluation, updates, and installation.
Security issues
Do not send a security report to the general support address. Follow the guidance on the security page instead.
